Although I appreciate the merits of the Net Tarrif approach which forces the owner to reduce their electricity consumtion footprint in order to realise the benefit of installing solar panels, moving forward the long term goal should be to increase the number of households capturing solar energy. The Net Tarrif model will slow down the broader uptake of solar panel installation....but perhaps that was the intention all along. |

How about raising the 5kW limit for feed in, to enable super efficient, distributed, gas powered CHP microturbines, as being used to reduce GHG emissions in London by 60% by 2025? |
