The team at Energy Matters instigated the development of FeedInTariff.com.au after repeated calls from industry and customers for the implementation of a nationalised and uniform feed in tariff system to boost uptake of renewable energy in Australia.

Australian Greens The Australian Greens Deputy Leader, Senator Christine Milne, has introduced a Private Member's Bill into the Senate for a national gross feed-in tariff for all forms of renewable energy. The Bill was sent to a Senate Committee which found overwhelming support in the community and industry. Regardless of this support, Labor and Liberal members of the Committee refused to support the Bill which remains before the Senate.
